Zinc Café & Market, Inc. will refund any merchandise deemed defective prior to shipping at no cost to our customer’s with a written request submitted within 15 days of receiving the product. Any returns submitted by the customer without defect or other issue determined to be the fault of Zinc Café & Market, Inc. will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price. The customer will also be responsible for the shipping of the product back to Zinc Café & Market, Inc. ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT PRINTED FROM ZINC CAFÉ & MARKET, INC.

All food and other perishable items are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
